上海斯米克焊材有限公司地处上海市浦东新区杨南路965号。前身是上海有色金属焊接材料厂，1991年9月30日与英属斯米克股份有限公司合资。公司拥有熔炼、连铸、挤压、轧制、拉拔、切丝、涂粉、雾化制粉等生产设备100多台，物理测试、化学分析仪器20多台。公司先后从国外引进多条生产线及多台测试仪。同时还自行开发四条生产线。93年通过地区焊接材料检测中心对公司质量*条件审查，**焊条生产许可证。公司是国内有色金属及特殊焊接材料研制和生产中心。建厂以来，**科研成果几十项。93年被市外资委、外经委确认为**技术企业。99年公司通过ISO9002质量体系认证。

　　公司主要生产有色金属焊接、防磨堆焊、铸铁补焊、钎料及热喷涂共五大系列一百三十多种焊接材料，广泛地为机电、冶金、航天、仪表、电力、化工、轻工等各行业服务。公司产品遍及全国各省（市）、自治区。公司在开发**的同时积极开拓**市场，出口的品种和数量均有大幅度提高。公司生产的青铜及黄铜两大类焊丝在**上已有相当的影响，成为许多***焊接行业公司的定牌生产企业。
