Camda Flare System

Camda landfill gas flare system is the essential equipment to reduce greenhouse gases, lower the objectionable odor and off-odor, safty production, de-pollution and improve the surrounding environment. In general, landfill biogas flare system is made up of gas transmission system, tower body, a inflamer and auto-control system. Camda with its years of project experiences in landfill set generation project, combine the real situation of landfill site, research and development the flare system with its own patent.

                                     

Camda landfill gas flare system is square in base, column in body structure. It can burn the landfill gas at the maximum to 3000 m3/h, minimum at 100 m3/h. It can adjust the load flexibly, regulating ratio can reach 100~3000 m3/h. It can perfectly meet the requirement of fastigium period as well as the reduction period of gas production. To reduce the running cost, the flamer adopts lower pressure air burning method, the burning air is supplied by the absorption effect of the tower body, the flow rate is regulated by the open extent of the two inlet louvre louver window. The flare system also have the function of automatic ignition, exhaust gas temperature control, flameout protection, electricity cutoff protection and retuning fire protection, etc, especially it can work stably under every wicked environmental condition.

Components of the flare system

(1). Auxiliary intake system
Before entering the exhaust gas suction fan, the landfill gas should have such relative process as dehumidification and filtration to make sure the long-term and stable running of the genset.

(2). Tower
The tower is of square base and cylindrical tower structure. The flare tower with high temp. paint to provide anti-corrosion protection. And high rust aluminous fiber of insulating materials are used to ensure that the highest temp. of the surface of the tower is no more than 60℃.

(3). Control system
