Main functions and features:
1.The motors are automatic frequency conversion. Driving system consists of synchronous belt ( Opti belt, made in Germany) and round arc gear combined with gear case; The key parts adopt “NSK”,“BEM” bearings (made in Japan and Germany) for smooth transmission, Japanese Mitsubishi and German Siemens electronics make the machine more stable   prolong the life expectancy. The functions are complete. It can produce diapers of economic type and high grade. It can produce three types of products(L,M,S)with a few parts changed. Changing is very easy.
2.SAP  may be supplied at a fixed amount in designed locations or in a mixing way.
3.It has elastic waist, frontal waist tape and side waist tape. 
4.It has three-pieces standing cuffs on the surface .Material for stereo shield is cut and shaped by hot press on the equipment. It adheres and hot presses elastic ribbon at the same time for side leakage proof.
5.The phase may be adjusted without stopping machine.
6.Main raw materials are used with unwound, tension control system and thermal pressure system adopts pneumatic unit and automatic raw material feeding is optional.
7.After the side arcs are shaped, the diapers will be three-folded  lengthwise. The diaper pads will be output in line and easy for packing. 
8.It can produce 3 sizes of diapers and diaper pads.
