ABB变频电机使用寿命较长
电机在运行时载波频率约为几千到十几千赫,这就使得电动机定子绕组要承受的电压上升率,相当于对电动机施加陡度很大的冲击电压,使电动机的匝间绝缘承受较为严酷的考验。而变频电机可以工作在整流滤波之下的电压之下,性能可以较加稳定,而且寿命较长久。
变频电动机可应对频繁启动、制动
ABB变频电机可解决普通异步电动机效率、温升、绝缘强度、噪声与震动和冷却,以及频繁启动、制动给机械结构和绝缘结构带来疲劳和加速老化等问题,还可有效降低电机在启动是的瞬间电压。
ABB变频电机可无变速
无调速就是从停止到快速度,或从快速度到停止,没有档位,是逐步变快或变慢。另外全直流变频电机可以通过变频器将电机转速档位分为很多档位来控制电机的转速和实际需求,而交流有刷电机的多档数只有3档风速调节无法实现变频的效果。
