概述 General description

OSMT系列开启式电流互感器适用于交流电力系统35kV和10kV以下供用电设备的电流测量和微机保护。该电流互感器具有体积小、重量轻、可开启、便于安装等特点，广泛用于紧凑型全绝缘环网开关柜中，安装时直接卡在连接好的进出线电缆上，简便快捷。已在ABB-SafeRing/SafePlus、施耐德RM6/SM6、伊顿SVS、德国GA/GE、法国FB、韩国SS等紧凑型全绝缘环网开关柜中广泛应用，亦用于组合式变电站和电缆分接箱中。

OSMTopen-core current transformer is suitable for current measurement and microcomputer protection of distribution equipments in 10kV AC power system. It is widely used in not only compact fully insulated ring net switch cabinets such as ABB-SafeRing/SafePlus, RM6/SM6, SVS, GA/GE in Germany , FB in France and SS in Korea, but also combined substation and cable take-off boxes because of its small volume, light weight, open feasibility and convenient installment. It is very convenient that the transformer can be directly installed at connected output and input cables.

该型电流互感器选用了磁导率较高的**进口硅钢片作为导磁材料，具有铁芯可分割、磁路损耗小的特点，其半圆环型铁芯和二次绕组采用**环氧树脂真空浇注在可阻燃的塑料壳体内，防潮湿，性能稳定，*维护。

High quality silicon steel sheet metal slug with very high magnetic permeability as transmit magnetism material are used in the measuring winging of LDZK(J)-10 current transformer, so its core can be divieded and the magnetic circuit loss is little. The semicircular ring core and secondary windings are vacuum poured by high quality epoxide resin in the fire retardant plastic casing, which has the characteristic of moisture proof, stable performance and dispensing with maintenance. 

安装时将两个半圆环卡在分相电缆上，用抱箍抱紧，与电缆于一体，和谐美观，35mm2-400mm2的10kV和35kV电缆均能适用，其抱箍有塑料抱箍和不锈钢抱箍两种。

The two half cirque of the current transformer encircle the split phase cable tightly and uniformly. It has two configuration formats of single ratio and double ratios and two Installation modes of plastic waistband and stainless steel waistband, and it is applicable to all the 35 mm2-400mm2 and 10kV cables.

依据电流变比、准确级和额定负载的不同，该系列电流互感器分为以下几种类型，具体参数详见各型号对应的参数表。

The current transformers can be divided several kinds according to the various current ratio, accuracy and rated loads. The specific parameters are showed in the corresponding parameter tables of every type.

技术参数 Technical data

额定频率Rated frequency：50Hz or 60Hz；

额定二次电流Rated secondary current：** or 1A；

额定短时热电流Rated short-time thermal current：40kA，1s；

额定连续热电流Rated continuous thermal current：**In；

工频耐压Continuous power-frequency voltage 3kV , 1min；       

执行标准standards：IEC 185:1987，GB1208-1997(china)，DL/T 725-2000 (china)；

P2表示一次极性端，S1、S2表示二次极性端；P2和S2在同一瞬间具有同一极性（减极性）。

P2 primary pole, S1 and S2 secondary poles. P2 and S2 are homonymy poles (subtractive polarity).

使用条件Use condition

环境温度Ambient temperature：－350C-+550C，

日平均温度average temperature of day：≤400C。

海拔高度Altitude：≤3000m

大气条件Air condition：大气中无严重污秽No serious dirtiness in the air.

OSMT4-10开启式电流互感器
OSMT 4-10 Open-core Current Transformer

OSMT 4-10开启式电流互感器用于金属封闭型环网开关柜或户外柱上开关的进出线套管上，套管带有衫裙，该电流互感器能卡在套管根部，安装方便，占用空间小。也可用于电缆线路零序电流测量和单相接地保护。

 

OSMT(Z)-10 open type current transformer is used for metal seal switch cabinets and input-output bushings of outdoor column switches. There is bevel with the bushing and the transformer can fixed on the bottom of the bushing, so the installment is convenient and the volume is small. It can also used for zero-sequence current measurement and single phase ground protection.
