概述
The Central Interface Module (CIM) is the intelligent processor module of the SIPLUS HCS4300 heating control system.

Module (encapsulated) in a metal enclosure.
3 LEDs for normal operation (green), heating on (yellow) and fault (red).
There are 2 versions:
With PROFINET interface (up to 100 Mbaud) with double switch
With PROFIBUS interface (up to 12 Mbaud)
Differential serial bus interface for the Power Output Modules (POMs).
Power supply for the Power Output Modules and the fan modules of the heating control system.
Secured with 4 screws, on the left side of the first POM.
Connection of up to 8 POMs possible per CIM.
Slot for a PM4000 I/O module.
Optional: I/O module for temperature measurement, DI/DQ or current and voltage measurement (line voltage compensation).
The configuration can be expanded by up to 8 additional POMs with the use of an EM4315 expansion module. To do so, the EM4315 only needs to be supplied with 24 V DC.
A maximum of 24 POMs can be operated on one CIM (with 2 EM4315).
